The Distribution List module is used to create a spreadsheet for email
communications to members included on selected distribution lists.
Before
a distribution list can be created, a corresponding global type facility
group must be created in the smart client application.
Currently,
the Facility Groups module is only available in the smart client application
that is accessed via a desktop icon.
The
Distribution List module is ONLY in the OnQ PiM web application accessed
via the link in OnQ Insider.
The
Distribution List module is only used by the Hampton brand. - Only the
users assigned to the DistributionListAdministrator role can view and
update the Distribution List Module.
Hotel
team members can not view the Distribution List module.
